I have been attending Bina's QiGong classes for over 5 years. Bina is an inspiration to us all. She was in a serious car accident which was physically debilitating. She made an amazing recovery and now teaches us how to overcome physical restrictions. She mixes physical exercise with spiritual anecdote which helps with the body and mind.
I, myself, find the QiGong classes really help with my autoimmune disorder, Morphea, a skin tightening, skin scaring and lots of inflammation disorder. I must keep moving or the muscles with atrophy. I love the QiGong classes and am thankful for them!!

I’m very grateful for qigong and tai chi. I would never have thought of qigong until my neighbor invited me. I believe it has transformed my life. Without going into detail, I’ll just say that my life, both physically and emotionally, has been very challenging. I didn’t realize how stressed and grumpy I was, and how I was acting it out towards others. After starting tai chi, not only do I feel better, I have family members and friends tell me that they see a difference in me. They even see it in my face and eyes. I didn’t realize how much anger had built up inside of me. I feel calmer and more self confident. I remember being sharp and critical if I felt someone had wronged me. I’m much kinder now, even reassuring a customer service representative on the phone, when before I would have snapped at her. My balance and mobility have definitely improved although I still have challenges. I have good and bad days but overall I am so much better. Thanks Bina for all you do, and for being a blessing in so many people.
